Anna Donaldson is a social entrepreneur and the Founder and CEO of Lively; a social enterprise that employs young jobseekers to spend meaningful time with elderly people, helping them learn how to use technology to connect with people, pursue interests and maintain independence.

Inspired by an eye-opening experience with an isolated older woman while volunteering as a Life Story Writer, a light-bulb moment in a Melbourne cafe led Anna to quit her work in the international development space and pursue her idea to change the future of youth and ageing in Australia for the better.

Prior to her work establishing Lively, Anna worked in program management, research and evaluation for a range of social sector organisations, including Oxfam Australia, Monash University and the Skilling Australia Foundation.

She is also a social impact consultant and Operations Manager at Little Dreamers Australia. She loves inspiring and empowering others (especially young people!) to live lives of passion and purpose, and is passionate about finding innovative solutions to big social challenges.
