Bio:

Like most entrepreneurs, Toni’s pathway to business was less of a straight road and more of a boot-strapping uphill adventure...

A marketing guru with a dream of running her own business, Toni spent over eight years dedicated to lifestyle, corporate and fashion marketing. Working events, digital and traditional marketing for both small boutique businesses and large corporates. Toni was able to see up close the ins and outs of a business, and absorb what makes a business truly successful.

In 2015 after resigning from her successful role as an eComm and Digital Marketing Manager, she gave into her wanderlust side and spent a few months travelling South East Asia

#EatPrayLove.

After indulging in amazing food, and the endless sunny days, her trip was coming to an end and the idea of returning to a regular 9–5 was haunting her.

Returning to Australia Toni explored the idea of starting a business again and soon began to help out her friends with their websites and brands; it was then that her passion reignited!

Determined to further her knowledge, Toni applied for and was accepted into the Australian Government’s New Enterprise Incentive Scheme where she studied Small Business

Management before launching 2aT in December 2015. From writing a 26 page business plan to working at home and struggling with isolation and to helping launch over 39 startups and moving into a new office space, Toni has come a long way in one and a half years. Today she’s as gun-hoe as ever, with a fear of free time, a social media addiction and an employee or two!
